Helpful Tips

  • SEARCH TYPES:

    • Keyword Search: Finds documents that contain the exact query terms, with higher ranking for documents that include quoted terms.
    • Semantic Search: Retrieves documents based on the meaning and context of the query, rather than exact terms.
    • Hybrid Search: Combines keyword and semantic search to match both exact terms and relevant concepts, offering a more comprehensive result.

  • SORT ORDER:

    • Relevance Descending: Displays the most relevant documents first.
    • Relevance Ascending: Displays the most relevant documents last.
    • Time Descending: Shows the most recent relevant documents first.
    • Time Ascending: Shows the most recent relevant documents last.

  • MODE:

  • Mode determines how the GENERATE button performs a document transformation.
    • 1:1: Transforms any document in the search result set that has not already been transformed.
    • N:1: Performs a 1:1 transformation, then applies the same transformation to the resulting documents to create a single transformed document as the final output.

  • OMIT EXCLUDED:

    • This option prevents excluded documents from appearing in search results.
    • You can mark a document as excluded using the Document Finder.
    • A positive credit balance is required to enable this feature.
